In 2016, after a lengthy search for healthy, dairy-free ice cream that was void of overly processed white sugar, I became disenchanted with the options available in the frozen dessert industry. This inspired me to conduct careful research and experimentation over and during a time period when I also was beginning to pray more as well. As I sincerely repented of my sins and accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord & Savior in my heart. Jesus literally gave me a supernatural desire to formulate a recipe for a rich, non-dairy ice cream, using all natural ingredients including sweet potato.

      In April 2017, I named this decadent, dairy-free ice cream, SweetP, (short for "sweet potato}."This authentic, coconut milk-based ice cream made with sweet potato, containing fiber and potassium contributes beautifully to the texture, flavor and quality. This is the sole reason I branded SweetP as a premium, decadent ice cream, which is meant to be enjoyed with family, friends anywhere throughout all seasons!

 

     SweetP is truly unique to the frozen food industry, because it’s contains sweet potato, organic coconut milk, is naturally sweetened and its ingredients are sourced from local supermarkets and suppliers. An all vegan option (a non-honey version can be ordered upon request on all flavors, and yes, it's still sweet and flavorful!)

    What also really makes this premium ice cream unique is that it's infused with the natural flavors consisting of exotic spices. A good example of this is the Chocolate-Cardamom flavor, which has just a touch of cardamom. Yes, I tell you that SweetP Dairy-free, Premium ice cream  adds to the wonderful memories created in life one scoop at time!
